Water beading on indigo denim

04Sustainability · the flagship

Carbon-neutral apparel manufacturing with measured, audited environmental claims.

100% carbon neutral · denim finished with one glass of water

Sustainability isn't a marketing department here. It's carbon-neutral facilities, a green sourcing practice, and denim finishing lines that measure water in glasses instead of liters.

Save water · denim finishing

Seventy liters. Or one glass.

Finishing a single pair of jeans takes the industry an average of 70 liters of water. On our lines, laser, ozone and E-Flow technologies finish the same pair with one glass.

The industry average

Water to finish one pair of jeans, conventionally.

The finishing line

Three technologies in place of water and chemicals

01

Laser

Light replaces manual abrasion. Whiskers, fades and wear patterns are drawn in seconds, without water, pumice or chemical sprays.

02

Ozone

Washing with air. Ozone gas bleaches and softens denim in a closed drum, cutting water and chemical use dramatically.

03

E-Flow

Nanobubbles carry the finishing chemistry instead of water baths, giving precise effects with a fraction of the liquid.

Sustainable fibers

Recycling, with pride.

Post-consumer waste repurposed, fast-growing hemp and bamboo, and organic cotton for a cleaner, greener wardrobe.
